This page explains how Awaken AI users can request deletion of their account and associated app data. Awaken AI is operated by K-Tech Solutions.
Delete your account inside the app
- Open Awaken AI and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the danger zone and choose Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message, type DELETE, and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Awaken AI account with the subject line "Awaken AI Account Deletion Request". Do not send your password.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deleting data. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, payment records, backups, or dispute handling.
What gets deleted
- profile and account identity in Awaken AI;
- projects, plans, quests, quest history, XP, stats, streak/progression data;
- inventory, companion unlocks, and app settings stored with your account;
- authentication account data controlled by Awaken AI where technically possible.
What may be retained temporarily
Some limited records may remain for a reasonable period where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, logs, backups, or dispute handling. Backup and log deletion can take additional time.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your Awaken AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription in Google Play before the next renewal date.
